I’m excited to have completed 8 weeks of P90X3 and on Day 57! I am so happy that I started when I did and especially excited about the 30-minute workouts.
I ordered P90X3 the day it was released because I couldn’t wait to get started. I knew it would be a results-producing workout because Beachbody and Tony Horton are experts at creating results-oriented products.
Out of the 4 P90X3 program options, I decided to go with the Lean program. You can also do Classic, Mass, or Doubles. I chose P90X3 Lean because it’s designed for that more toned look which I love! You can lose fat, get strong and stay lean. That’s my kind of look.
I stayed away from Classic because I don’t want a very muscular appearance. I love nicely toned arms (which I named my “summer arms”) and abs.
P90X3 Week 9 Results
So what is happening after 8 full weeks of P90X3? I feel amazing. I am sore because the exercises are quite challenging and I reach new levels of doing them all the time.
Right, start out not performing each P90X3 move the best and work hard towards doing it better. I love that in every week, the 7th day is optional Dynamix workout or Rest. I chose the workout for all weeks except this last one.
My arms are definitely more toned as are my abs. I have not lost weight and don’t need to but my pants are a little tighter because of a shift in my body. Legs and booty are much improved!
I love the variety of workouts in P90X3 and how they really challenge me to do better every time.
I follow a healthy eating plan and drink Shakeology, which has made all the difference.
I can tell you that if you do not eat healthy, getting through the workouts will be tougher and you will tire out. Plus, eating healthy is how you get results from workouts like P90X3.
Shakeology has definitely helped me to stay energized. I use it as a post-workout drink too.
If you are interested in getting fit before summer or any time of year, P90X3 is the way to go ladies (and gentlemen).
