What are the Beachbody PiYo Workouts?
Align: The Fundamentals (46 mins) – LEARN the basic PiYo terminology, proper alignment and available modifications at the same time that Chalene takes you through that strengthening flow that will have your blood pumping!
- Define: Upper Body – This Upper Body focused workout (35 mins) will start chiseling away at your upper body and get you on your way to shaping your arms and sculpting your shoulders.
- Define: Lower Body (25 mins) will shape and tone everything from your glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves gently, yet effectively to help you get sleek and lean legs.
- Sweat (35 mins) is a traditional PiYo Workout that is fast paced with body weight strength training and ab work!

- Strength Intervals (25 mins): 25 minutes is all you need of this body carving workout! A non-stop body carving calorie incinerating workout that uses no weights, no equipment and gives you no bulk. Alternate between intervals of hard core body weight resistance exercises and heart rate elevating athletic moves that melt away fat and promote long, lean muscle development.
