P90X3 Results

What is P90X3 fitness program and what results can you expect? It’s not like P90X or P90X2 and you don’t have to be a graduate of either. If you recall, P90X2 is a graduation program to the original P90X workout. Both workouts were doable but still difficult, with sessions going from 45 to 60 minutes.

The point of the P90X3 fitness program is get as much as possible done in the shortest time possible while getting phenomenal results! You may have already heard that this fitness program is just 30 minutes from start to finish. The warmup is about 19 seconds for each of the workout DVDs. The exception is P90X3 Cold Start, which includes a 2-minute warmup.

In P90X3, you’ll be doing move after move after move. And they are challenging. Today’s science tells us that the bulk of results that you get from exercise, whether you do a 45- or 90-minute workout, happens in the first 30 minutes! Now that I think about it, this makes total sense. You give it your all at first and then start slowing down, getting sloppy.

Now if you insist on a full hour workout instead of 30 minutes, you can always do P90X3 Doubles! Me, I’m going for Lean!

The sequences in the workouts are incredibly efficient not only throughout the course of a workout but throughout the course of a week. When you only do 30 minutes, it’s less daunting and people tend to put more into the workout. It is much easier to commit to something shorter than longer, don’t you agree?

P90X3 Test Group Results

The test group were fitness novices who loved the idea that it was a half hour workout. Everybody in the test group (40 people) except for one person, ) lost 10 percent of their body fat (ranged from 22 to 12 percent of body fat lost). Ten percent body fat loss is incredible!

P90x3 gets back to original Power 90 workout concept which included Michi’s Ladder food recommendations. They kept the nutrition plan simple which I’ll explain in a later article.
