February 27, 2014 By lisa Leave a Comment

stop making exercise excusesDo you make excuses not to exercise? What is holding you back from working out? You need some motivation!
What’s keeping you from working out? Whether it’s too little time, not enough energy, or just hating to exercise, there’s a solution. Get ready to get motivated.

Excuses to not exercise do not get results. Why are you avoiding exercise? The more you make excuses not to exercise, the more you turn that behavior into a habit. And you start associating exercise with the positive benefit it really brings to your life.

Even though exercise is a natural stress reducer, your excuses can easily turn it into a stressful situation.
Ready to stop making excuses not to exercise? By skipping workouts, you are not doing yourself any favors.

Exercise Excuses to Stop Right Now

I don’t have time. I hear this excuse more than any other! People are busy, I get it. But I have to ask: how much time are you spending watching television or surfing around aimlessly on Facebook? Did those things get you a result? I don’t think so.

Think carefully about what you are really doing with your time. If you have 30 minutes a day, I can 3 different workouts that you can do in the comfort of your home! You don’t even have to leave the house to exercise. I know you are watching television or doing nothing on Facebook for longer than 30 minutes!

You can always find time for something you value. If you value your health, then make 30 minutes a day for exercise!

Too tired. The crazy thing about exercise is you get more energy from it! You are probably too tired every day because you are not working out and not eating right. When you stop making those excuses to avoid exercise, and start being active, you’ll have more energy than ever before! Trust me on this one.

I will get bored. This is a great excuse. Predicting what happens in your future prevents you from any success because you won’t even try!

Need I say more?

Stop making excuses! Make the time and start exercising today.
