Exercise and eating healthy go hand in hand. In order to have a healthy lifestyle, you must do both. There is no getting around it although many people think they can do one or the other and get by.
With so much crazy stuff out there, like fad diets and crazy exercise programs, it’s no wonder why people are confused.

Fad diets don’t work. Why? Because they are a diet and diets are temporary at best. The only way to good healthy is to create healthy eating habits.
Couple exercise and eating healthy, and you have a winning combination to weight loss, energy, and lowered risk of disease.
I get lots of emails from people who tell me they are working out like crazy but not seeing results. The one and only question I ask is: “What are you eating?” The answer is always the same. They have not changed their bad eating habits or cut down on calories.
When you exercise and don’t change your bad eating habits, you will not get the results you want. That is why so many people give up on the fitness program. In reality, they are just don’t want to face the fact that “exercise and healthy eating” go hand in hand.
Exercise and Healthy Eating – Lose Weight and Gain Energy
When you combine the exercise and eating healthy, you can lose weight, gain energy, and feel better. Here is why one without the other doesn’t work.
Let’s say you only eat healthy but don’t bother to exercise. To lose weight you must restrict your calories. If you don’t exercise, you won’t be burning off additional calories. How much more can you possibly restrict your calorie intake?
Not much! If you eat too few, your body will go into starvation mode. This means that your metabolism will slow down and you will never lose the weight.
On the other hand, if you regularly do a fitness program but don’t eat right, you won’t get results either. If you eat crap that is what will show on the outside. But more important, when you eat poorly, you are not giving your muscles the necessary nutrients to improve.
Believe me, exercise and eating healthy are the key to a better lifestyle. You’ll get results, lose weight, feel energized and reduce risk of diseases causes by an unhealthy lifestyle.
